The front desk staff was great.
My husband was injured there by an exit sign.

Overall, it was not bad. The room service was great, the hotel choices for ordering out were excellent, I wish they had an indoor pool. Their policy for not accepting cash maybe something that they could consider changing, considering that not everyone always has CC's to use. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.
Toilet over flowed. Possible mold spurs in the air- check air vents and under carpeting.

Your all working really hard to met all new standards. Compared to 2 years ago great improvement!

The beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped.
The toilet leaked and the bathroom was not wonderful.

I suspect this hotel is meant to cater for business users, but if you want somewhere to use as a base for leisure stay it is adequate. It is well positioned with easy access to main roads on Long Island. Although it is on a main road and near and airport, it wasn't too noisy. Convenience to Islip Airport and Housekeeping were quiet and fast.
Breakfast was too expensive for what they offered.

I would stay there again and found the staff to friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very outdated, old TV, bathroom isn't so nice, shower is dingy.

This is an okay hotel for a brief stay and if you don't plan on spending much time in your room. The hotel, room and bathroom are kind of dingy. Front desk people are very nice and helpful. This is in no way a 3 star hotel. ...read more
